I am passionate to get people back together, as a community, engaged in growing their own (local) food supply. Not only engendering resilience, and more holistic 'sustainability'... But also promoting an uncanny sense of fulfilment and joy! And recently, I have gained a quirky affection for all kinds of Urban food innovations, from large-scale worm farming to outdoor microgreen production and planter shelving...
