Have you ever been frustrated when you try to explain a great idea, only to be ignored, whereas someone else comes up with the exact same suggestion and everyone listens!?!
People who innovate are often so far beyond the status quo that they struggle to relate to others. For example, many people with Aspergers will experience ostracism for 'being quirky', but they actually are just coming up with brilliant ideas that are beyond the normal standard.
This idea is a brief discussion, which hopefully will inspire those inventive types out there to not give up trying!
