12.11.21 Update:
thank you all for the frontpage, now the doggo with get all the pets he deserves!
if you think the doggo doesnt deserve the pets, then you gonna like THIS:
THATS RIGHT! now the game is "open source" you can edit it if you have pico-8 installed, which means you can basically pet anything you want, or adjust the pet speed, or just look at unused pet graphics i've left in.
(disclaimer: code is kinda crap, ive tried making the game as small as possible, but then i just decided to finish it quickly. it took 4 hours 20 minutes to finish it lol)
also the game is available at my itch.io, Pico-8 BBS and gamejolt!
