Time-Lapse video of the crane being built at the construction site of the TELUS Garden office building. This was created from stills taken between 8:15 and 13:35 PST on October 27th, 2012. A nice, rainy, 8 degree celcius day in beautiful Vancouver.

Unfortunatley it is a stationary camera and this is the only angle available.
