People arguing yet Jesus tells us that if we abide in Him whatever we ask in his name and it shall be done. The problem is praying amiss according to James 4.To spend on our own desires...etc. Also it's not wrong for a believer to ask God for forgiveness even after being born again, This is a father son relationship and you won't pretend that you haven't done something wrong when you do.
