    Around my area, some restaurants owners are struggling with money that they feel the need to raise some of their prices. Do you have a video for that?

    Mistake one: Making what you want instead of what your customrs do. Its about the customers. Make what the customers wants even if you don't like that food. Mistake Two: Making the menu too big. Instead, start small, experiment and listen to your customers. Their feedback and purchases will tell you what your most profitable dishes are. Make those exclusively and you will save your precious time and money from making things people won't purchase. Mistake Three: NOT knowing your numbers. You don't know if your making or losing money if you don't know what your foodstuffs / ingredients cost as well as your business expenses (eg lease, utilities, insurance, transactions expenses, payroll, etc). Sales will solve everything but not if your are not charging enough or the way your are doing it is costing too much. It means you have to cut costs or raise prices or maybe close the business because only now do you understand how much it really costs to run your business they way you want it to be.
