A wildfire that has forced evacuations in Butte County has rapidly burned tens of thousands of acres. The Park Fire, which started Wednesday off Upper Park Road in Upper Bidwell Park, has forced the Butte County Sheriff's Office to issue evacuations for residents just outside the city of Chico.
