I've found that solving the memory card puzzle is easier by drawing a quick diagram of the cards & number them according to their positions. When you're stuck in the cellphone you can find that one phone number in the emails...But you already know a different phone number from earlier. Remember Miss Voodoo (555-2368)? Try calling that number too. You can see the second ending if you load up the "Epilog" save file from the menu, then when you're given the choice to play the game or erase the source coding, just hit the other button that you didn't hit before; No, you don't have to play through the whole non-game again to get there.
