  • I thought Blonde was terrible but even I believe that Ana De Armas gave a wonderful performance. That’s the sign of a good actor, not all their movies are going to be good, but they are never going to be the reason why they’re bad.

Can we appreciate how well spoken and articulate and it's only 6 years she started learning English! Kudos for actors who learn and educate themselves, learning languages are always challenging. Giving lead performances in a language which is not your native one is a HUGE FCKN THING! Ana killed it in Blonde. Movie was not so good but she worked so well as Marilyn!!!

I love how Eddie turned this interview in Ana’s interview! So humble and amazing! ❤️
  • No matter what may think of the movie, we have to recognigze Ana's fantastic work ✨✨✨✨✨
  • Blonde was one of the most depressing movies ever, its second to Netflixs own 13 reasons why. But the way Anna gave literally from her mind to her body to the role was jaw dropping.
  • These two have great chemistry together. They should make a movie together.

This guy got to be one on one with Ana De Armas and Jessica Chastain this year. I’m jealous.

My toxic trait is believing this was curated just for me. I love them so much

I love how well they connected with each other as actors, like they seem to have similar processes and experiences. I would love to see them acting together in future.

I love sensitive Eddie having a hard time moving on from each job and the corresponding family. That loss of intimacy and connection.

Ana De Armas gave her best in Blonde. She gave a spectacular performance and she deserved to be acknowledged for it.

I love how they dive deep into their characters. Such an insightful interview. Love these two actors.
  • This conversation between these two brilliant actors is really insightful ❤

Beautiful and insightful, in depth conversation. “One of those rare performances where you want to hold that person and check that they’re okay” really applies for most of Eddie’s performances. But he’s absolutely right about “Blonde”. It was just so raw and an incredibly deep look into a shattered soul.
  • Both of them have the thing that keeps me watching and listening. So genuine and down to earth. Love the two.

Eddie was awesome in The Good Nurse , he’d now my favourite actor !
  • @cholocco2831
They seem so excited to talk to each other. Great interview!

Blonde will be reevaluated by future generations who will not watch it through the politically muddied, identity-colored glasses of 2022, and they will appreciate it for the work of cinematic art full of psychological complexity that it is, empathizing with the tragedy and trauma instead of using it as a beacon for their virtual signals. At its centre Ana de Armas’ towering performance will be even more appreciated, destined to be one of the highlights of her career.
