2:54 if that was gta rp it would be "10-70 in [Location] requesting 32s immediately" "10-70" means he's running on foot and "10-80" means he's running in a car "32" means requesting backup

Ok so two things when you pulled over the purple car at the beginning you dont need to ask for the passagers license and you dont need to have them get out of the car
