This thing is a trainwreck. Poorly developed characters, an incomprehensible script, and a staggering cost per 30 minute episodes. It destroys canon, power levels are all over the place, and the protagonists seem schizophrenic. Disney has killed Star Wars and mutilated it's corpse. I can tell you why she puts the helmet on. Leslye wanted the same "OH MY GOD!" feeling in her show, as we had in the "Revenge of the Sith" with Darth Vader for the first time breathing in the mask. This whole story writing is an insult to anyone with even half a right mind.
