PLOT: Seeking solace from his dark past, Logan (Hugh Jackman), better known as Wolverine, seems to have found love and contentment with Kayla Silverfox (Lynn Collins). Logan's peaceful existence is shattered when Victor Creed (Liev Schreiber), his vicious brother, brutally murders Kayla. Logan's thirst for revenge propels him into the Weapon X program, where he undergoes a painful procedure to bond his bones with adamantium, making him virtually indestructible and more than a match for Victor.

4:19 that roar just gives me chills and a boost of adrenaline at the same time.

Fun fact: depending on which comic version you use. The people who are experimenting on Logan in this scene are the same group who gave Captain America his super soldier serum

Wolverines yell is probably one of the most masculine noises out there

1:52 "Heart rate well beyond maximum." "Blood pressure 260 over 180 and rising." This guy: He's gonna make it.

Hugh Jackman does the snarl, growl and roar of the wolverine animal but in a human way perfectly. Best actor in superhero movie history.

Compared to the rest of the movies this is his most impressive showing of his senses. Hearing a whisper in a large room underwater, but it makes sense he just got the most painful thing he’s ever experienced and the more angry he is the faster he heals, he took two bullets to the face from zero and they dropped out of his skull much faster than when one police officer shot him in X2.

Say what you want about this film as a whole, but no can deny 4:20 is one of the most badass moments in the film!

The x-ray of the claws inside him coming out through his knuckles was awesome.

I love the way his head jerks back when he's shot and then he immediately moves it back into position with the same angry snarl on his face. Its like some sort of monster from a horror movie, moving its head back after a gunshot to demonstrate its apparent immortality.

I can't imagine the physical pain he felt during the procedure. His whole body is drilled by thick syringes, and then liquid adamantium is injected, burning every single cell in his body........ugh. I still get chills every single time I think of this scene.

this is my most favorite scene. the way Logan screams and how angry he looked when he turns his head back after getting headshot by Zero it's perfect I love it.

This is, by far, the best scene in this film.

Say what you will about the story, but Sabertooth (Liev Schreiber) and Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) played their parts superbly. Schreiber doesn't get enough credit for the animal he brings to his character, just good acting.
