  • God imagine if Bryce had the Receivers Tua had. Bryce could’ve been the GREATEST college Quarterback ever
  • @rifraf1717
this video aged like the milk i forgot to throw out lol
  • I don't know football that well but he seems extremely good at using his blockers. Like he uses them as fluid protection and reroutes tacklers into them while remaining in the pocket.
  • Been following the guy since high school I love how he plays the position. The difference between him and Shroud is that you're going to win more games you probably shouldn't have otherwise with Bryce. Kid's got ice in his veins. Not saying Shroud can't consistently clutch close games, but from what I've seen Bama avoided multiple 3+ loss seasons because of Bryce, it's weird that when he got the reins at QB Bama's receiver room took a big dip in depth which a lot of teams are happy that happened cause if he had that 2017-2020 receiver room no one would come close to what he could've done there.
  • @RyanLBC
great breakdown. also what's amazing with young, given his short stature he doesn't get many passes knocked down or tipped. i remember during an interview he said that he sets his release high for this very reason and always looks for the open passing lanes even when the pocket is collapsing.
  • He doesn't have an injury history. He was injured once in 2 years and missed 1 game as a starter, and that injury wasn't even from a hit. It was from an awkward fall.
  • Nice very good content, very well done and very professional 💯
  • Bryce could have won a second Heisman and a national championship this past season if his receivers hadn’t been such a weakness. His leading receiver was a runningback. This was the worst group of receivers at Alabama since the Saban era began. There were a lot of highly rated recruits, but most of them ended up underperforming then transferring as soon as the season was over.
  • Bryce missed a game and a half with injury the entirety of his college career, and bounced back perfectly the first game after. I would even put Bryce and Injury History in the same sentence.
  • @alod247
Insane how similar this guy sounds like Brett Kollman. Same cadence, tone, etc. Great content regardless
  • @jreagle58
When you reach this level of the game nobody escapes injury no matter the size. Young has had amazingly few injuries.
  • Don’t forget the X factor. The circumstances that surround a rookies start to their career. Intangibles are what a good qb looks like. That X factor is the difference between Ryan Leaf and Tom Brady
  • Excellent video. The stats you showed at 4:46 are a bit misleading without taking into account that Bryce Young's average time to throw was 3.02 seconds, which is 9th in the country. This means he also invites his own pressure by holding on to the ball, which inflates his pressure % statistic. Not all pressures were his fault, but both metrics relate to each other.
  • good video. one small thing is that i’d like to know how many QBs qualified for the stats you’re looking at. is it 16th out of 50 or 16th out of 200? big difference
  • I would love to see an analysis of Julius Brents from Kansas State
  • How does Bryce Young have an injury history he missed one game? He hurt his shoulder from trying to force a throw.
  • He said Bryce Young need to clean up his footwork😂😂😂😂Every NFL expert has said Bryce has the best footwork of anyone since Andrew Luck...he's been praised for having Quiet feet...What is this guy talking about?
  • I know pocket passers are decreasing in the NFL but i see more injuries happening cause the NFL defense is not like college.
