    Hi, I’m new to dancing and I was wondering if you’re supposed to stretch and warm up or just do one of them if that makes sense.
  • Hi! So do I just do this and then dance or do I do this then stretch then dance? Because I heard your not actually supposed to static stretch before dancing only when Your looking to get flexible, so like night stretching? But ai heard you are supposed to do dynamic stretch before dance, so is this considered dynamic stretching?
