After my original video on what I carry on my gun belt:    • What's On This Cop's Gun Belt?

I received many requests to share what I use for "EDC" or every day carry. I'm always a little weirded out by these videos because I'm never sure if they are really engaging or interesting to others, but I suppose you'll be the judge of that.

If you like the defense tool, the rats tourniquet or the tac light you can grab them up in my shop (see below). You can also check out the Raven Crest tactical site: ravencresttactical.com/

You're missing the fake drug evidence you keep around to plant on innocent people.

Fellow Michigander and I appreciate everything you guys do for us. Stay Safe and Shoot Straight.
  • My edc is about the same. But I always carry starburst every day, it's pretty important to me

I've been carrying the same Ravencrest knife now for almost 5 years and I still love it. It's with me everywhere I go except for airports and sports events. I love it!

Hey man I really love your page. I just received my 1st pistol, just took my CPL class, and have been watching your page quite often recently. Also nice to see a fellow Michigander out there doing good.

If you are Joe Average carrying comcealed remember you are not a cop, not a Secret Service agent, not a gaurd. 3 points to consider. 1. Eyeballs, situational awareness, keep yourself out of problems, know your surroundings. 2. Good shoes, run if you can. 3. Your CCW is only to protect yourself and family members after thousands of shots at the range.

Praying for your health and safety daily. Thank you for what you do for the community
  • Mike, you seem like a great guy and you're knowledgeable. As a two tour combat vet who specialized in MOUT I agree about the knife being the tool of choice, however I much prefer fixed blade in a CQB situation over spring assisted or folding.
  • I went and got a microtech ultratech because of this video almost a year ago. It's been an amazing knife. Thanks Mike.

Man, I really love your videos Mike! I laughed when you hit the chandelier only because that's exactly the kind of thing I would do. Props to you for leaving it in the video.
  • I'm sorry for all the hate comments. Thank you for protecting everybody you can. For serving justice I'm sure some people are hating because of the bad police officers that get the most news but there are a lot of officers that still help protect and serve and I thank you for that. I don't care if this gets likes, I would just like you to know that some people still respect the good police that protect and use law to restrict what they do not race not anger or emotion and I thank you for being one of those officers. Thank You.

Friggin' hysterical and real! Love watching your videos.
  • Never heard of Ravencrest Tactical, but I'm glad that you've brought them into the light!

I feel like a tlr6 on your 42 would be a nice add. I use one on my 43, it doesn’t really add bulk, and imo it fits better in a pocket holster.

For those of us with OCD will you please always make sure your towel on your oven is straight. Thank you
