Why do people have such a hard time saying Schoonmaker? Both of these men are saying it like SchoonAmaker, and I hear people saying Shoonmahker too. Its pronounced Skoon-Maker smh.
  • Schoonmaker starting goes with the run, the damn ball philosophy
  • @joelchavez61
Schoonmaker is going to be on the field with alot of runs so if he gets looks on play action that pay off it creates threats of the run with both him and Ferguson blocking, or possibly breaking out in the pass game. Schoonmaker will make an immediate impact on the run blocking, so play action should get him opportunities.

Schoon could be the starter but probably will be on a pitch count, we'll see. Either way he has a very high ceiling but we'll see if he can live up to it

I think we'll see a doze of hendershot now and again .And based on opposition might change combinations with Ferguson and schoon both on the field at same time!

In order to open up the offense that 2nd pick needed to be Mims or Hyatt youth to match with Brooks on the outside allowing Gallup and Lamb the middle ranges of the field and would back off the safety/s also force a deeper drop of the linebackers this then would open the ground game because the defense has to extend itself vertically. The Cowboys suffer playoff loses under Kellen because the defense could close down on the routes without worry of being stretch vertically which Dak always seem to be throwing into a crowded area of which we saw Lamb being double team and Gallup didn't have his wheels to create separation of which I am hoping he is up to speed now. Drafting Schoonmaker wasn't the wrong pick it was in the wrong round. The offense between this year and last lost four receivers including Schultz of which all were productive. If your going to run the ball more in the NFL you must back off the defense with some over the top throws which we know Dak can make and need separators to make this work and as I said above this opens the middle ranges for the route runners where Lamb and Gallup can eat a defense senseless...

Ik I’m a cowboys fan, but I think Dak has MVP potential this year…. Look at our WR core with a new offensive coordination/playcaller
  • @adoptedson4204
Is he that good or is this about pride because no 1 was happy that we got a TE n the 2nd round
  • @user-li5io3op3r
If dak stays healthy and the oline doesn't break down I think this could be a great team.
