  • Born and raised in the U.S. and I think it's important to note the different regions of the U.S. In my experience the east coast population lives at a faster pace than the west coast. In the west they're a lot more relaxed IMO. (I'm from the west so I could be bias) Spanish is a strong second language (specifically the southwestern U.S., and south). So those familiar with the language might find comfort knowing that. But I agree to your point that english is very important. I still come across people who complain about spanish because "This is America! You need to speak english!" 🙄 We DO smile a lot and say hello to strangers on the street. It's actually quite annoying but I still do it. XD Americans love to EAT! All you can eat buffets. Loads of fast food. Food everywhere! Racism is still present especially in the south and in smaller towns in the midwest. I'm a minority and experience this first hand. If you love the outdoors I really recommend visiting the western states as opposed to the east coast. The east is way too populated and the west has so many national and state parks!! Please be respectful of the land so it can continue to be enjoyed!

  • I live in Iran: the greatest prison in the world yet our government doesn't allow us to get American visa. First of all because we are Iranian and secondly, because Iranian government and leader are such a tough enemy against all other countries. Therefore, immigration to usa is the ideal desire for all of us. I hope someday this policy would be changed forever. 🙂 Thank Venessa 🌹😊 Please, correct me if I've used irrelevant structure. 🙏
