I'm not frying pork ribs anymore! Even my grandmother was amazed when she tried it!
I don't fry pork ribs anymore! When I found this recipe I just started cooking! Delicious dinner for the whole family.
That's a great recipe. You will love it. Our family was happy. I have never eaten such a delicious dinner. This is one way to cook pork ribs. My grandma was delighted. Delicious. Everything is simple, but in the end it turns out insanely delicious. Cook for the whole family. Cook with joy! Cook with love!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

3 kg pork ribs.
We remove the film from the ribs.
Make cuts like me.
2 onions.
1 hot pepper.
5 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons of salt.
1 tablespoon coriander.
1 tablespoon of black pepper.
1 tablespoon of peppers.
A sprig of rosemary.
3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Blend well with a blender.
Spread well with the prepared sauce.
Flip and brush the other side of the ribs with the sauce.
Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours (preferably overnight).
The pork ribs were well marinated.
Tie with twine as shown in the video.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
3 potatoes.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Basil.
3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Place potatoes in the middle.
Cover with foil.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 2 hours.
Remove the foil after 2 hours.
Lubricate with vegetable oil.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
Our fragrant and delicious dinner is ready.

Uma boa ideia pra diminuir o tempo de forno, é dar uma pré cozida nela na panela de pressão por uns vinte minutos, apos chiar, depois transferir pra uma travessa arrumadinha, colocar no forno e deixar dourarpor uns quarenta minutos. Acredito que vai dar certo. Vou fazer a minha com essa vertente de raciocínio visando a economia de gás que tá muito caro. OBRIGADA PELA RECEITA QUE É UM ENCANTO DE ARTE CULINÁRIA.
