・車内の各空間は四季をテーマとしており、先頭車の展望室は春、5号車のラウンジは夏、6号車のダイニングは秋、各車両の個室は冬としています。
・観塗装はシャンパンゴールドを基本として四季島向けに特別調合した「四季島ゴールド」とし、展望車の先端部分やラウンジカーの5号車のエントランスドア付近を黒で塗装しています。
