This exercise will focus on quickly reducing pressure within the ear, and is great to use during flights. It can be done at home, requires no equipment, and may give ear pressure relief within seconds.

    I’m deaf in one ear. About a half hour before landing, I always dread the severe pain I experience in one ear. Flying on Monday. Will give this a try. 🤞🏼it helps to give me some relief. Thx for the tip!
