Definitely a mix ! A Christ centered book about the first Easter”Easter is Coming”, a more fun baby’s first words about Easter book. Hearth and Hand has a wooden toy line now, and they had adorable bunny stacker and egg matching toys I added in. He’ll only be 16 months so for “treat” we’re going to put a basket of blueberries in because he’s obsessed with them lol.

I always love these videos! I try to add some christ center things into my children's easter baskets but It didn't really happen this year. My kids also love board games and I found alot on clearance at Walmart yesterday. So I'll be saving some for Christmas. Happy Easter to you and family and hope your baby is feeling better.

I love your ideas! We used to always put at least one Christ centered thing in our daughter’s Easter basket, like a chocolate cross, piece of jewelry, a book, etc. Then, one year I accidentally forgot to stuff one of the Easter eggs in her basket. When she found it, I remembered the Veggie Tales movie where the little boy was in church with his grandma and opened an empty plastic egg, and she told him it was to remind him that Jesus’ tomb was empty. Every Easter since, I have put an empty plastic egg in her basket as a reminder of what Jesus did for us. She is 23 this year, and I’m still doing that.
