You can not blame businesses for leaving or shutting down. There is no business model that can thrive under constant theft. Rather than blaming the mayor or real estate developers, blame the parents of the thieves who ruined it for honest and hard working people in the community.

There's consequences for shoplifting.I worked for a grocery store, once shrinkage gets high the store Will Closes and open in a neighborhood with low shrinkage(shoplifting)
