  • Absolutely brilliant.i love this view makes you feel like your sitting at the table , like at school.the way you explain to luke and his responses makes it easier for people to understand the subject your trying to teach him.more videos like this would be great.
  • Really like this socratic method stuff, you ask just the right questions to lead things forward. I'd love to see more of this.

This took me back 55 years to school and the chemistry of identifying substances. Get stuff and chuck it through a flame and see what colour it is. Great vid again, thanks.
  • @jeffreyrood8755
Great video! I love the style you just taught in. So simply explained.

You always make me think outside the box. Thanks guys. By principal you should be able to stand in-between two plates, discharge a cap bank and fly. Well technically with the right amplifier you could fly with a dog in one hand and a cat in the other. We are conductive water after all.
  • The joy of watching how knowledge passed to Luke from Robert’s teaching

Very interesting and fun conversation. I learnt a few great things in this one and I just feel like adding: I have discovered myself in lab that the strength of a magnet does not dictate how far it's magnetic field spreads, but it is the size of the magnet that influenced how far the magnetic field reaches. The strength of the Earth's magnetic field is comparable to a sheet of fridge magnet, but it reaches beyond the moon. ... I find evident that electric currents are everywhere in the universe; moving particles and magnetic fields left, right, up and down.

Loved the method of teaching you use, making Luke think and pulling the answers out with nudges, brilliant. One of my science teachers was like this, Mr Ruston made me love science and why I can still recall slot of the information. Also like that the fingers for points almost equaled one of the aids for remembering one of the laws for direction, force and something else. Take care and stay safe

This video really stands out, I think. A great way to teach. Thank you! Wait ... when did you get +200k subscribers? That's wild! Congrats!
  • @ArcanusLibero
Great basin lesson... It has been over thirty years since I had that conversation.
  • @RoadRashSpirit
More like this, first principle lessons, absolutley smashing. Luke is a lucky man to have such a mentor.
  • @JonnnyStorm
why did i laugh so hard at the beginning of this, a great video!

I am taking notes, I feel like I am in the Best Classroom in the world!! Awesome, Thank You both so much for this valuable information, especially as I am trying(Very!) hard to educate my Hubby!! ( and myself!!) 👍👍👍👍 Thank you guys, you're both stars! This is absolutely fantastic!! Namaste 🙏 Andrea and Critter Family. XxX
  • Awesome! 👏 It was a bit like reading a conversation between Sherlock and Watson 😂
  • @WayneCarolan
This is not teaching, this is passion in understanding and sharing that knowledge.
  • @CPeter0912
Brilliant. I’m in my seventh decade and so annoyed I didn’t have a teacher like you when I still had the chance to use such knowledge. But…. Never too late. Thank you so much.
  • When I was a kid I started reading a book in my local library about magneto hydrodynamics, simply because it sounded so cool. Didn’t understand much of it, but it was a glimpse into a wider world of technology
  • @Tiggs004
If only I could have had a science teacher like you, absolutely fascinating and brilliant, thanks
