Thank you beautiful soul .I struggle badly with anxiety and depression after losing my grandpa who raised me I fell off track and was involved in a toxic abusive relationship that led me to homelessness . Today I'm free of my abuser I'm willing and able to surrender and learn to heal all my pain and trauma this means so much to me as I don't have all the support I need currently I have left my past to start new again but I face alot of challenges my anxiety is extremely high around people and anything stressful thank you lord Jesus for your love and guidance during my healing process ❤️

I need help but I don’t know how, if that makes sense? I recently started having extreme panic attacks, no idea why, never had them before. I just have a constant feeling of something horrible about to happen, I find calm in peace in God’s word, thank you Lord.

Pls pray for me and my children and grandchildren against our enemies.

I tried the calm app for awhile and thought it was pretty good but these videos are a thousand times better. Nothing more helpful than help from God

What a blessing this has been to me tonight. I have a daughter, difficult to deal with at present She has experienced much trauma in the past months, none caused by her doings but by people she loved. So difficult helping her get thru this.

I have had to take medication the last two nights to sleep. I know God is Sovreign and good. His grace is sufficient. Sometimes I do feel hopelessness trying to creep in but I try to trust. My insomnia is not emotionally caused, I have physical anxiety symptoms without feeling anxious. I hope my normal sleep will return.
