Can you please report about the issue with the AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C) in connection with an iPhone XS /Max, where you cannot take calls. It is a widespread problem and is a software problem that has been present since several iOs versions.

Somehow after the last upgrade, I notice the ANC performance of my AirPod Pro 2 has degraded and it’s not as good as I got it at the first time. Not sure what Apple did with the upgrade but they messed with the ANC features.

I've never been able to get a proper ear fit to satisfy the Settings app with my AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd gen USB variant). But I find the Small size tips are the only ones that keep the AirPods from falling out of my ears (although any quick movements of my head will cause them to fall out). Overall I love my AirPods Pro 2 but I think the absolute GOAT AirPods are the Max (best noise cancellation, zero ear fatigue, and obviously they don't fall out because they're over the ear).

I'll stick with my Jabra Elite 75T. Much less confusing and easier to use.
