Got a new 2021 Primer about 5 months ago. It's battery was changed out. I got the letter and offer for a refund of some of the cost. Yes it did have the no suing part. But frankly the only way to go suing them is via a class action and only the lawyers win in them. I signed and will be getting 4900 dollars. It will be a welcome amount.

I recently bought a Bolt 2LT and yes, I had to sign extra papers.

I just reserved my Silverado EV. If something gets made that gets my attention before summer 2024 I might cancel my reservation. I’m planning on just the WT (base model)

The Chevrolet Bolts are very interesting to consider, at this time. I've been looking at this. Thanks for the video. Cheers!!

I just bought my 2022 Bolt EUV with the $6300 consumer cash and $2000 downpayment discount and there was no waiver I needed to sign to waive my right to sue GM. Where did you find that information? I bought the launch edition model with super cruise
  • Yeah you do not. I think it’s for the money they are giving people back when they bought at full price.
