Delicious and unusual recipe for broccoli with cauliflower. A friend from Spain taught me how to make such a delicious vegetable and vegetable casserole. Now this broccoli recipe has become one of my favorites. Cooking such a vegetable casserole does not take much time, and the dish turns out to be very juicy and fragrant, absolutely everyone likes it!
ingredients
Broccoli 900 grams (2 lb)
Cauliflower 450 grams (1 lb)
4 tablespoons of milk
Salt
1 onion
1 carrot
1 pepper
garlic
100 grams (3.5 oz) of cheese
To test:
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
5 tbsp olive oil
2 cups of milk
1 cup flour
dill, parsley
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic
dill
