I live in the Great State of North Carolina. Here if I tell you to get off of my land, and you don't, I can use whatever means I find necessary. My means have high capacity magazines.

Just say NO to HOA. City and County councils need to prohibit HOA's.

Maybe the cop should have of start charging the homeowners association for call and make waste and resources

I will NEVER be a part of a homeowners Association. I've never heard anything buy bad stories. One time someone was painting his house yellow, the HOA took him to court. The house from the beginning was yellow.

Here’s what far too many people can’t appreciate: in some states even, as well as certain municipalities, you CAN’T get a home without an HOA, because for decades, cities have encouraged and maintained HOAs with every new development!! It’s fewer services the cities are obliged to pay, and they get extra tax monies when they do it, never mind the destruction of community cohesion and destruction of The American Dream. There’s NO financial disincentive and only financial incentives for them, so they become ubiquitous.🤬

Thank goodness HOA are very rare in my country. We hate what controls city councils have over us and won't tolerate HOAs.

HOAs like that is only about the people on the board being in a position of power, they ruin the neighborhood. If you're ever in such a situation, document EVERYTHING (every fine, every letter, record every conversation if possible) and give copies of it to your lawyer.

He should have logged every contact and illegal 911 call and get a restraining order against the entire HOA then the next incident have them arrested

I love it, after the cop reviews the documents he agreed you weren't poart of the HOA.
