Literally got bullied today by some mean girls over my looks and being a sensitive person, I didn't react to them but it did hurt a lot. I'm so grateful that she posted this video on the most accurate time.❤️ Little update- So I started listening to this video while getting ready for college and it's been only 2 days but my confidence is already above the sky✨I get so many compliments from everyone almost everywhere. And those bullies aren't even visible to me now. Like I already feel like I'm way better than them anyway. So just as Liz said in one of her videos, the only power your bullies have over you is the attention you give them. So if anyone is going through a similar situation, just remember that you are already a gorgeous person so own it and act that way. God bless!🥰

It's been a week I am listening to this affirmations before going to college and also while sleeping .I swear this words are working like magic in my life .I have social anxiety few days ago I was struggling to go to college but currently I feel so confident while entering the class. I am no longer terrified of being alone suddenly a lot people are approaching me .After so many months I did public speaking as I was anxious and was shaking nervously still I had the confidence to do it I didn't felt embarrassed at my situation but I was happy that I tried my best this little progress is everything . suddenly a lot of opportunities have been knocking at my door and I have a strong feeling that I am coming closer to my ideal self😀 Tbh I don't usually comment here I keep on hesitating for no reason😅but thank you so much liz for everything❤❤❤ Also guys I always pray to god while reciting this affirmations. I kid you not; I listened to this while looking in the mirror this morning thinking, "I'm just going to have fun and say this to myself because I love myself" and I had by far the best day I've had in a while. I felt confident, beautiful and conversations were flowing! I was getting attention from people whose attention I hadn't caught in the past and had fun times. I wasn't afraid to make physical contact with my friends (which is something I'm usually very tense and careful about), talk with their parents or genuinely being myself.
