" Actively seek out uncomfortable things in your life things that you can still handle but are also still a little uncomfortable on purpose cus tomorrow you're not going to feel like doing it so just do it right now and reframe the failure as an opportunity to grow and act . Act as an actor and impersonate your future you as long as you get there ."
