I recently realised, that if you take this and all the other Solfeggio frequencies and reduce their numbers to a single figure, you only get either 3, 6 or 9, the numbers that Nikola Tesla was so focussed on. I find that very significant. Blessings to all who are here and listening! 😇🙏💖

I had my first moment just now when I reflected on the beginning of my journey and how far I've come. Make sure you take time to look and give yourself a round of applause because you are amazing and once you just figure out controlling your emotions I promise it gets easier! You just have to listen and be kind to yourself although it's always easier said than done but practice doesn't need to make perfect it just needs to make YOU happy.
