  • We all should be sueing centerpos ..but then we would be paying for that too😒
  • This is why public services should never be put in the hands of private business
  • He even lost power during the interview. That says it all

Everyone should sue CenterPoint, still 9 days no power and they cannot tell when the power will be back

Proposition 7 was passed by voters last election. We are now giving more money and this is still the service we get? Undo Prop 7 and give the voters their refund!

He will learn the hard way that he cannot sue Center Point. His lawyer should have told him that he is flushing his money down the toilet. Remember the lawsuits from the 2021 freeze. He does not stand a chance

It’s been 9 days without power this is getting ridiculous

Blame the governor, who appoints the Public Utility Commission, which does very little to regulate the utility companies in Texas.

I don't blame them. I know a few business owners struggling to get back up. A week without profit is fatal for a small business. They can't afford that. I'm sure it's also been devastating for everyday people who depend on these businesses for their income.
  • Good for these restaurants. I hope they sue the pants off CP energy. This company was not prepared for the hurricane and they knew in advance it was heading for a direct hit on Houston
  • @RalphsFantasy
This is ridiculous, that's a natural weather occurrence. Centerpoint is doing the best they can!
  • Abbots got to be smiling. Everyone looking and blaming centre point over him and his parties ideology.
  • @tamjeanell
Amen...and the citizens feel the same way!
  • No! Enough with the victim mentality! Having a backup power solution (generator) is part of life on the Gulf Coast. Stop trying to find someone else to blame for your ignorance. A lawsuit will just cost us all more.

LOL Im pissed off with Centerpoint too still no power 8days now. But I do hope they know Centerpoint has Sovereign Immunity and can't be effectively sued.
  • No.....this is wrong! Having your own backup power solution (generator) is part of life on the Gulf Coast. Enough with the victim mentality.
