Otto Eduard Leopold von Bismarck-Schönhausen was a German politician and the main person responsible for German unification.
Through clever actions he succeeded as Prussian Prime Minister in uniting the small German states and in making Prussian King Wilhelm I the German Emperor.
He was born in Schönhausen on April 1, 1815 and died in Friedrichsruh on July 30, 1898.

Frederick II, also known as "Frederick the Great" or "The Old Fritz" was a Prussian king and known, among other things, for the conquest of Silesia and his participation in the Seven Years' War.
He was also a great lover of art and culture.
Friedrich was born in Berlin on January 24, 1712 and died in Potsdam on August 17, 1786.

It breaks my heart to realize that with time , People will forget about Prussia and its might glory, Powerful leaders , tradition & cultural Values , and what it took to create Modern Germany. Germany lost 2 generations of Young People that might've been associated with Prussian traditions. RIP the greatest nation in history. Germany would never be the same.

I’m a huge fan of Prussia, first learnt about Prussia during A-Levels at college. I learnt Prussia and German unification and ever since, been hooked on them especially the Iron Chancellor. I wish to see Germany one day and the lands of Prussia
  • As a outsider, I am obsessed with Fredrick the great and Otto von Bismarck; two great leaders and love the history of Germany (1700-1932). Right now living in Germany and loving German people, most of the German people I met so far are very friendly and open minded. I am also loving the language cause it is close to English but very difficult to learn. Love you Germany and I hope I can stay here more.
  • The treaty Germany was forced to sign in 1918 was unfair. The war started because someone shot an Austrian prince and Germany was simply helping out their ally.

I love how the different parts of "Die Deutschen" is accurate to what is sung "I hear Jerusalem bells a ringing" - Frankfurt Parliament, which was hosted inside a Church "Roman Cavalry choirs are singing" - Prussian Hussars charging "Revolutionaries wait, for my head on a silver plate" - Revolution of 1848/49 and so on The video is very well down, I enjoyed it. Keep up the good work!

Its a happy story of a country with a sad ending "Du wirst alles ruinieren" - Otto von Bismark
  • Ahh.. The memories. Germany.. The land of the poets and thinkers.. The woods... The mentality. We are lost in this world brothers. Perspective and questioning the world and things is no longer a thing. But.. In the next world We will rise. Gott mit uns ⚫⚪🔴🦅 🖤❤️💛🕊️

Honestly, I don't know exactly why I'm crying. At that time, my family lived in Prussia for a very long time, until my great-grandmother sold her mansion there to flee to Hildesheim with her children before the war. I always love it when my grandmother tells me stories from her childhood there or when we have our big Christmas dinner and all her siblings and old friends tell their stories. The only piece of land that still belongs to us is a small family cemetery where all my ancestors are buried and I would also like to find my final resting place there. I just have this connection to Prussia and it's really sad how it's so forgotten.

So much lost, so little gained. I feel like a stranger in my own Fatherland. I pray for a return of German strength and national pride. I fear however, under the boot of liberalism this nation of German people has been corrupted and forgotten their proud history and culture and has fallen to absolute globalism. My hope is one day Germany will awake again and restore the Kaiserreich.
  • The best edit about Prussia and Bismarck I’ve ever seen, thank you. Prussia and Bismarck always will be in my heart…
  • RIP for a great generation of men who were loyal and proud of their country.

During the Revolutionary War, Baron Friedrich Wilhelm von Steuben played a pivotal role in helping America. In March 1778, after a harsh winter at Valley Forge, General George Washington and the Continental Army were in dire need of morale-boosting and proper discipline. That's when a stranger arrived on the scene, a former officer of the Prussian army. The baron, who wore an eight-pointed silver star etched with the word Fidelitas, took charge of whipping the tattered soldiers into fighting shape. He trained them to march at 75 steps a minute, then 120, and even swore at them in German and French, as well as his only English curse, "Goddamn!" whenever their discipline broke down.
