He failed to murder her. And now he's failing to intimidate her. This man must be addicted to losing to this woman. Lmao. Good for you, ma'am.
  • @kitkat7871
This is cruel. Making her talk to the man who tried to kill her. Just heartbreaking to see. I can't imagine what it must feel like to live.
  • @bbjdutch
The fact he is standing there and not a lawyer tells you he overestimates himself in life
  • @s0lastsummer7
The way he says "thank you" after 90% of his questions makes me want to throw things. It's his quiet, fake-polite way of implying to her, "what you just said helps MY case, and hurts yours. Thank you for that!" Despicable. Put him under the jail.
  • @gatamadriz
I cannot believe the court is allowing this sadism. I hope they put him away.

Perfect example of someone who thinks he's the smartest person in the room.
  • Please go read another article on this case. It is so much more extensive than just a home incident. Police were called because while transporting her to another location she got out of the car at Walmart and started screaming for help and witnesses saw him drag her back into the vehicle. When police found them, the guy had cut his own neck and was actively in the process of strangling her. It was an attempt to end them both. You can see the shallow slit across his throat on his mugshot. It’s disgusting to see people commenting in support of him or antagonistically against her. This is not a case based on pure he said she said. Witnesses saw him committing the kidnapping and police found him in the process of trying to end her life. All this questioning from him to try to debunk her account of the initial home invasion is just atrocious. Let’s see him try to explain away the police finding him trying to end her life while bleeding from the self inflicted shallow throat slit. I don’t think the Shaggy strategy will get the job done: “It wasn’t me”

All I can say now is, What comes around, goes around. May his cellmate be more sadistic than he is.
  • @Skyismify
I can't imagine being examined by the man who tried to murder me. My heart feels for her. No one should have to do this.
  • @2bcYT
Admire her for not allowing him to see her eyes. What a terrifying, destestable man he is!
  • @plantlovea.7841
He’s trying to shame her by asking her questions about the home to further humiliate her because her home was not tidy. When you’re a victim a domestic violence, and going through a separation you’re so worn out that you have no strength or motivation to do simple things like keep up with your home. If you know, you know, speaking from experience.
  • I love that she wouldn’t even look at him. What an unbelievable, detestable man. Kudos for her braveness!!
  • @tj6930
This lady is a class act, and a badass! She is incredible poised, and she is DONE with his BS! You go girl!!!
  • @MzRee327
Many see this woman as a victim.. I see a very strong woman who is reclaimed her power and inner strength! Take a deep breath.. You got this!!
  • This is inhumane. There needs to be a law against one’s abuser interrogating them like this.
  • @Fadedshadows
Imagine being cross-examined by your kidnapper and being told it didn’t happen. That’s gaslighting on a whole new level.
  • This is awful! This man is a narcissist and the fact she has to deal with him yet again is just another abusive attack!
  • @Dspalten
This is insane, but based on “innocent until proven guilty”. This woman is absolutely amazingly strong, as a victim myself of a horrendous crime, she is doing far better than I ever could have. Sending Prayers of strength and healing to her. It never ceases to amaze me when these narcissistic people think they can defend themselves better than professionally trained lawyers (that’s not saying they’re aren’t ineffective lawyers out there).
  • She is being incredibly composed. Well done to her. I take my hat off. Huge respect.
