Watch where i stand when i cast the Starcaller Cry.
Right before that mob in the middle is where its optimal.
It will surely grab all of the mob except the aggroed red monster.

Kite him down to the second section of the farming site and cast star caller in the middle again where his red friends can get hit.

Note if the first red monster does the rolling attack, you might wanna cast star caller again to stop it.

Vitality* is needed to withstand some hits during the animation of the skill.
I heard +6 Starscourge is ok(no matter how much high your damage is, youll definitely be double casting the skill anyways to finish them off)

Mind/FP* just a little to allow you to cast it twice the double starcaller.
