So rather than just parade around a show pony that nobody really buys, Im talking the time to show you a Class AB power amplifier that REALLY performs at only $14K for 250WPC of Italian bred Horsepower. Look, if you are after something other than treal music and actual value for your money then there are hundreds of "me too" brands. Few of them actually stand out. And NO you cant get a Chinese amp for $1,000 that sounds ANYTHING like this.. I know its a bummer, but if you cant afford the higher level gear, you simply dont get the higher level performance. Ever. Period.
Now if you have the conservative means to buy a $14K amp and you want 250+ Watts of high current, dual mono, balanced power, designed and built in ITALY, then this is absolutely my first pick.

Really, the SOUND is what MATTERS MOST. If you get off on prancing a show pony around then, great, Im more than happy to take your $100K for an amp, and we can find you a glitzy show pony that shoots sparks out of its ass, so you can post pics online and tell everyone about it.

Pecos caps sell in Canada for roughly $50 Canadian each those CDE caps are very well made and are a little more expensive, I wonder Mike why these companies don't use MLytic Mundorf filter caps they are outstanding

Ha ha, the unboxing. I think it is psychologically connected to opening gifts on Christmas that goes back to the excitement of childhood. So it connects with some people on that level subconsciously. If i did know, that's what I'd say.

Wait a minute mate. The cheaper amp has a much thicker face plate and the heatsinks are much more custom and higher quality than those pedestrian-looking heatsinks in the more expensive amp. Those heatsinks you can buy off ebay for a dime so I wouldn't say it was chalk and cheese. Also, that choke power supply is a bit of a wank. Should have used the space for another transformer if their aim was to "reproduce dynamics without compression".
