  • Not happy about the result of this game, but that first period back and forth between Saros and Silovs was insane.
  • @riffgroove
I cannot BELIEVE Tocchet didn't challenge that first Predator goal. Utterly insane
  • @nez762
I don't get how they didn't see Nyquist push everyone into the net on the preds first goal
  • @ynotsammy
Silovs is an absolute beast. The best backup-backup ive seen in a awhile... in a playoff series as well
  • @seanworre1l
Tocc needs to challenge the first goal, no questions asked
  • With the way goaltender interference challenges have been going these playoffs, Tocchet should’ve challenged the first Preds goal because ain’t no way that counts. Can’t believe that counted in the first place too…
  • Nashville winning thanks to a goal scored by kicking Silovs into the goal just a day after Tampa lost off of having two goals disallowed because someone was standing sort of near the net is peak NHL.
  • @ColinHurkett
I was glad the Preds won but dissatisfied with their first goal. A Preds player pushed Šilovs into the puck which was what caused the puck to go into the net. Goaltender interference, yes? I would have expected Toronto to say so.
  • @Nahash5150
So, Tampa gets TWO goals called back because of interference by just barely touching the goalie, yet they let a player crash into a goalie and move him into the net and it counts. I want the Preds to win but come on, that was clearly not a goal.
  • I'm a Carolina fan living in Moldova, but Nashville is my home base...GoCanesGo! Let's Go Preds. This was a phenomenal goalie battle.

The Fans are behind you Canucks ~ Finish them off this Friday! 👊
  • @dajusta87
Kicked in goal, and now pushed in goalie, Preds really know how to play hockey
  • After the Preds choke last game, it’s nice to get the W but our backs still up against the wall. It’s gonna be EXTREMELY tough with great goal tending on both sides.
  • Wow - Fantastic hockey game. First round playoff hockey at its best.

Hopefully this is the game that causes the league to rework the challenge rule. Give each team ONE challenge to use a game. There shouldn't be any punishment for issuing a valid challenge, and it's less likely to be abused if they only have the single challenge to burn. That puck had lost all forward momentum until Silovs was shoved into it.
