  • I did. almost the exact experiment for ten straight YEARS. In fact, Iā€™ve eaten nothing but animal products for 13.5 years while being monitored by my doctors. All markers for health have improved, and I lost 120 pounds. ā˜ŗļø

    I was the fry guy at mcdonalds in the late 1960s, we made frys from fresh potatoes and cooked them in tallow. The best frys ive ever had.

    This is what surprised me most. I get my blood work done every year and the changes that took place for me between last year and this year was crazy. I started Carnivore in Dec. My doctor asked me what I had been doing and I was too excited to tell her since my bloodwork spoke for itself. I spent my whole life avoiding red meat like the plague. I'm so glad I don't anymore. Thank you so much for doing this!

    Been eating burger patty for many months since it helps me save a lot of money and time. Luckily, I lost lot of excess weight. Went from 230 to 141 pounds.

    This just reinforces my belief that it's all the carbs that we eat that are causing most of the problems. I stopped soda and cut a lot of my carbs out, lost 15 pounds, and BP is coming back around to normal. Sugar and flour are called the white death for a reason.
  • Iā€™ve been eating a few burger patties (WITH CHEESE), the grass fed ones from Costco, every single week for over 3 months. My BAD cholesterol went down and my GOOD cholesterol went up!

    Burger King switched from tallow to vegetable oil in 1979. I was operating the fryer, and remember this distinctly. We also changed the regimen to go from only filtering each night, to adding baking soda during filtering. I'm not sure if that was to alter the pH, help filter the burnt particles, affect the taste, or maybe some of each, but despite thick filters, the oil came out a bit cloudy compared to the tallow filter-only regimen.Ā  The restaurant owner was against the change and thought it was inferior. I noticed an 'industrial' smell to the vegetable oil that was present even in the first day's use before addition of baking soda in the filtering process. I, however, was influenced by the vegetable oil industry propaganda of the day, and thought tallow was 'gross', and that change was probably for the better.

I started my Keto Diet 4 weeks ago, not the first time. 3 Years ago I lost almost 40kg in 6 months, with the help of your videos, but life took some bad turns and I eased the "depression" with beer , and more beer. and even a few more after that. But 1 Month ago I decided that enough is enough, So here I am back again and this time I wont let my self or my body down again! Lost around 6-7 kg this first month.
