THE POWER OF A WOMAN WHO CAN WALK AWAY by RC Blakes

The power of a woman to walk away from a relationship lies in her ability to prioritize her own happiness and well-being over societal expectations or cultural norms.
Walking away from a relationship requires strength, courage, and self-respect, all qualities that queens possess in abundance.
When a woman recognizes that a relationship no longer serves her best interests, she has the power to make a difficult decision and move on to better things.
By walking away from a relationship that is no longer fulfilling or healthy, a woman demonstrates her agency and independence, and sets an example for others to do the same. RC Blakes

  • 1. The woman who has the power to walk away gives her soul, the space to heal. 2. She allows the man to have clarity regarding her value. 3. She is able to ponder the error/s of her ways. 4. She learns her own strength. 5. She re-calibrates her soul and moves back to the Creator's default. 6. She gives God space to bless her.

Ladies, never 👎🏾 let a man tell you more than once that he doesn’t want you. God is good. He will bless you with someone who does.

Just left my husband of 7 years tonight. Packed up my belongings and left my beautiful home. I took me and my daughters to another state back with my family. I haven't shed one tear. I've been done with him for a long time. The Lord has given me peace and has helped numb my heart. We were unequally yoked and he was emotionally, verbally, and spiritually abusive. God will make a way.

I walked away many times but would go back when I was weak. Two months ago I left for good. In the beginning I cried in my car every day praying, “God I still love him.. I still love him.” It hurt so much. Now I am starting to heal and I’m signing up for classes and excited to learn some new skills so I’m more useful to my community and loved ones. It still hurts when I remember him a few times a day… but it’s getting easier.
  • I was in a very toxic relationship. I ve done the work of healing. I have learned to establish boundaries and to pay more attention to the red flags. My ex want to reconcile. I told him thank you for being the person u were so I can be the woman I am today. I wished him the best and told him I'm not for him. He say he wants to make things right, I told him if he wants to make it right then treat the next woman better.
  • The power of being able to walk away from ANYTHING and ANYONE that is causing us harm in anyway is PRICELESS!!! Country, job, Man, “Friends” kinfolk etc!!!

I was raised not to allow someone to treat me bad. I am to love myself more. And I do. I am in my 50's, and it gets easier. I left my ex husband and a house. A lot of people talked about me but I said "I can get me another house. My peace of mind is more important." The Lord allowed me to have another house built. Our strength comes from the Lord. Put Him first and obey.

Ladies always put a check on your emotion. Do not allow your heart to get involved with a man until he shows you that his heart is 100 percent towards you. You will know by the way he treats , respect and value you.

At times you need to leave, not because you were treated bad. Simply because you were not revered and treated the way you know you deserve.

Absolutely! I walked away from my husband. I was doing everything for him, was an awesome wife, and he took me for granted. So I walked away, and was serious. After some years this man came back, changed. We have had the most beautiful relationship since. He treats me like a princess. ❤

This could not have come at a better time. I have been struggling with this and made the decision to walk away on Valentine's day! It hurts but I know God has better for me and I trust HIM. I will be tuned in.
  • You can’t heal in the same environment that makes you sick. Now that’s good right there pastor‼️‼️‼️‼️🔥🔥🔥🔥

I had to walk away from a relationship, I had to choose me,I thank God everyday for the strength to do it!!!!
  • It was years ago that I walked away and into the arms of my now husband who I met a few months later. If you are obedient to God and have self love, He will open that door, but you got to be ready. Now I’m laughing all the way to the bank with a man who’s heart is the size of it too😍

I walked away after 22yrs and it's still hurtful. I took my kids and bought a house without him. He was devastated and went into a mild depression. Hated me for leaving and taking his kids and throwing away the life we built. I still ponder going back, because I truly understand how we need to preserve black families. At times, I feel guilty at times...during holidays, out grocery shopping alone, events big and small we spent together. However I have a newfound peace..no arguing, anxiety, insecurities. I pray God continues to give my kids and me strength as I try to navigate through the new chapter of our life🙏🏽
  • You stay winning when you walk away from people and situations that makes you feel worthless❤.
