    Thank you so much, Travis. I listened to the Root Chakra sounds for one hour every night when going to sleep and my energetic boundaries have become a lot stronger. I am a hypersensitive and empathetic person who usually picks up all kinds of energies from the environment. The Root Chakra sounds help me feel much safer. During the first session with the Sacral Chakra vibrations I felt a lot of energy working in my joints...knees, wrists, fingers, toes etc. Next week I will update on my further progress 🥰

    So to keep it very real. I’ve recently been going through a heartbreak and every time I feel the pain from it I would feel it in my lower abdomen. I’m a very spiritual woman, so I decided to play sacral, chakra, singing bowls I listen to this at night as I sleep and I wake up feeling a lot more better and every time the feeling of pain comes up it does not hurt as much as it used to. I really feel like this is healing me. I don’t know how to explain it but I thank you for taking the time to sit there and do that because I really needed this video!
