This customer started with a Tradesman Ram and instead of spending money on fancy leather seats and interior upgrades on an otherwise stock truck, he opted to put it into suspension, lighting and other upgrades to really transform the handling and capability of the truck. While there's no "right" way to do it, this is definitely one of our favorite ways! All killer and no filler!

Thanks guys for great service again! Cody, Cole, Austin, and the entire crew at CJC Offroad came through again! I’ve ordered lots of parts from CJC for other Ram builds over the years! These guys are as honest and dependable as they come. Their professionalism, dependability, and integrity are hands down the best in the industry.

After doing some adding from the prices online. A build like this with approximate labor, you are looking at about 17k. And thats on the soft side. So maybe like 18k. But anyways. There you guys go for everyone that keeps asking.

I know some guys will say this isn’t a “budget” build and while it’s not cheap, this is obviously more cost efficient to get top of the line in the parts of the truck that matter to the owner, but not paying for the stuff they don’t care about. But, the difference is that instead of buying an upper trim and ripping stuff off later, you can add as you go. I’m sure we’d all like to do this out the gate, but it’s not always feasible. Very cool set up, and a lot like I would spec out if I were to do it myself. Vinyl floors and seats are the way to go and it’s a shame you can’t get them on all models as an option
  • I am blessed to be the first build of 2023. Thank you CJC for your excellent customer service, excellent eye for detail, and your above and beyond build quality. If anyone out there is serious about modifying your suspension, anywhere from a leveling kit to full blown suspension upgrade, CJC is the best company you can go to. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again gentlemen.

I am totally sold on this type of build. I wouldn't do a lift, but getting a base tradesman with a couple options and putting money into headlights, a level, and wheels and tires. Add heated seats, steering wheel, and a moonroof aftermarket and I'd have the truck I want for probably 20k less than ordering the trim you need to get all those options.

Awesome clean build. It’s amazing the base model Ram 2500 can look this good

I did the same thing, bought the cheapest 4 door tradesman and address everything the premium has and with my choice of progress bumper and lift, save me so much money and looks better.

    😍 Now that's a truck! Love that it's a Tradesman.

Good video, exactly what I'm looking for. Tradesman with a Cummins. Appreciate your offer to help.

Ran into a couple snags, but hopefully my Power Wagon will make it into the CJC shop before 2023 Summer. It's going to be very Dominating. 😏😎😉🥳

Looks awesome as always! Great build guys!

Fantastic job on this truck. I love the wheels and the features they offer.
  • I dig it. I literally just had a conversation with a buddy yesterday about this exact thing. I have the limited longhorn mega 5th gen. I should have optioned a tradesman identically but with a service bed and woul actually probably save money

Anybody that comes up and ask what trim this is will flip out it doesnt look tradesmen its above and beyond it. Nice build.
  • @Motleymick
Why are the Black Anodized and Full blackout KING Shocks an up charge? Are they any different than the Standard King Blue shocks? It's a lot of money just for black hoses and stickers.... Please tell me there's something more to it. Thanks!
  • @monocogenit1
You guys make great vids and seem like great work on trucks. Thanks
  • This is how you do it. Another great example is the 4Runner. Do not waste your time with a TRD Pro model that cost $60,000 right now. Get a SR5 and put even better after market parts on it, and at the end of the day you will still have money in your pocket.
