A Tropical Storm Looks To Develop Near Florida, Who Will Be Impacted?

Publicado 2024-07-28
A tropical wave located to the ESE of the windward islands is looking more concerning as some models still show this developing into a strong tropical storm or hurricane in the next 7-10 days. The question is who will be impacted & when will it impact you. I have all of those details in today's tropical weather outlook and discussion.

How strong this system gets and how strong the Bermuda High is going to play a major role on where this is going to go.

The people who live in your circle are watching the weather.. trust me, This time of year we're all watching.
  • Dry air ahead of the system. Will make it just a rain maker. Also, effects of Saharan Dust?

Looks like the GFS AI is kinda correct. There will be 2 energy waves of intensification coming on the 1st of August when the two waves merge together over the Northern islands in the Caribbean. Then the next one on the 4th when it starts making its way near Florida. Like we saw in the model projection. These 2 waves right now over the Atlantic Ocean from the satellite view look like a Sea Dragon. S shape looking creature thing with a face. Doesn’t it?

I say gulf of Mexico because it stays weak up until that point. I can't see it gravitating north . I see only strong hurricanes move north

This system is doing the opposite of what Dorian did in 19. Dorians forcast called for it to slam Florida but turned North. The models are just all over the place right now just showing how inconsistent they are

Oh boy if this becomes Debby that goes near Florida, it may be a possibility that the Insanity could eventually break out.

The reason it’s so hard to tell intensity or track there’s not a close low it too far out that’s common sense

Hi David, I'm headed to Puerto Rico on Wednesday to Sunday. Should I expect rain the whole time? Thanks

Hey David, I’ll be in the Bahamas for a week starting Tuesday coming. Do you think there would be a storm / hurricane ? 😕
  • @DJGaming69420
HI David, do you think another hurricane could hit Houston?
