Who allowed the baby to come home...y'all in the comments talking about the families. That baby was born with meth in her system.. the mother didn't stop using drugs because she was pregnant... She got high pregnant and they let her keep that baby. DFAC should have took the baby from the hospital

i really feel for the cousin she tried to help the trainwreck that was her cousin . now she is feeling guilt that should be placed squarely at the feet of Mcnabb and Courtney.

This lawyer is taking advantage of this lady because she is nervous and scared. Shame on her! She didn't talk to the other witnesses that way. She's a bully!!!!

If I already knew they were on drugs I wouldn't even bother asking where she was either cuz I'd know the kids were better there with me instead. I been there. You just take the kids and make sure they're fed and taken care of. drugs are a problem. They needed help. The kids are lucky to have family that even cared about them cuz the parents obviously didn't. The mom may have tried to care but she still didn't.

Who wouldn't feel overwhelmed looking after 6 children? This poor woman tried her hardest and is now blaming herself and she absolutely shouldn't be.

So sad I went through this with my brother when his children were 1 years old & 2weeks old they would disappear for days sometimes a week or two & I'd be so pissed & frustrated having 2 little kids of my own...now I'm realizing I still always kept them anyways because I knew they were fed, bathed, & well taken care of while their parents were out getting high

she knew where they were - but its pointless to ask or to complain about it if you want whats best for the kids. If the kids would have stayed with her - the baby would not be dead. She feels horrible Im sure

Seeing and listening to all the "witnesses" in this case, this baby never stood a chance. Bunch of clowns.

She knew those parents were getting high. That's why she kept 2 extra kids... especially with a newborn...she was trying to keep them safe when the fool we're out getting high out of their minds for 3 days. Three days with no sleep does not a good parent make.

Everybody’s judging her so harshly.. she may not be perfect but she’s been put in a position to account for venting.. which ultimately led to a baby being murdered. The connection is unfair and cruel af.

New born Baby, left with 2/3 days aware of physical verbal and drug abuse , none of this was a secret to the hospital to the family forgive me for saying this but Everyone failed this baby. It makes me sick NOWAY NO HOW would I have stayed silent I wouldn’t have given the child back Nope..
