Great demo! I’m going to be 55 this July and hunting for the first time. My nephew and I are going to bow hunt from tree stands and your video answered all my questions. Thanks a million!!!
  • Excellent video! Always remember to tether the seat(upper part) to the foot rest(lower part)! You don’t want that dropping down the tree! Hunting is an age old art! Even the best hunters still learn something every time there in the woods! No animal is worth you’re, or someone else’s life. Stay safe out there! Best of luck to you all!

Just slipped in my climber this past weekend. Thankfully I had the top and bottom tethered and had a harness holding me to the tree. I was able to catch the top of the climber because the harness caught me, and I was able to pull both the top and bottom back up and get myself secured back to the tree. I tell you what though, even being secured to the tree it's still pretty terrifying when you do slip. Get in a little early, double check everything, and take your time getting up the tree. Things can change pretty quickly. Nice video, I think you hit everything pretty well, and were more adamant about safety and double checking then a lot of other videos I have watched.

Good video. Watching as a refresher as the season approaches here in IL. I’m primarily using a hang on stand this year now that I have my own property to hunt. I had the platform of my climber go out from underneath me a few years ago. Had to do a pull up and fish the platform back up with my toes. Shot a big buck 10 minutes later but scared me half to death.
  • Great video...I've always used a Tomcat . This year I bought a baby viper. There's definitely a learning curve with it..thanks for walking us through your process....always wear a harness..wheelchairs are full of folks who didn't need or like using one Craig 🦌🏹🦌

I came across your video. Real great video an excellent content. First time going out to bow hunt and this is exactly what I needed. Thank you
  • A friend taught me how to use this and you're video reinforced everything I learned plus more
  • Great video for helping people. A lot of people buy equipment and have no clue how to properly use it. Great information for any hunter.

As far as moving the tree strap, for you harness, up and down, annoying beats falling or dying, any day! Thanks for preaching, the safety factor!

Great tutorial a lot of knowledge based on experience that I didn’t want to have to learn the hard way myself, thanks man and good luck this year
