    It may sound obsessive, but measuring cups/spoons or a food scale will really help with getting portions in check. Amazing how many IG influencers promote eating tons of “healthy fats” but it’s almost taboo to promote healthy portions. Thanks for telling people what they need to hear, not what’s politically correct!

    a calorie is a unit of energy like joule, horsepower and etc. Switch yogurt for cottage cheese, much less sugar, and make my own granola to control sugar and fat. PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN TO MAKE THEIR OWN FOOD INSTEAD TO BUY PACKAGE STUFF, WHEN YOU COOK YOU ARE IN CONTROL.

    Top Offenders But Be Mindful Of All That's Consumed. 1. Nuts/Seeds 2. Fruit Juices/ non- veg Smoothies 3. Fruity Yogurts 4. Granola (only sprinkle, if that much!) Better option, oats. 5. Avocado (high cal....have half) 👉🏽TY Jillian!👈🏽

    Calories IN calories OUT!! Doesn’t matter if it’s healthy or not, if you eat too much of something, you’re going to gain weight.
