    To summarize… Leafy greens, fermented foods (cottage cheese, yogurt, olives etc), animal proteins (unless you are vegan), seeds (chia, flax, hemp, pumpkin, but less nuts), herbs and spices ( better than condiments)
  • Your advice is great! I am an 80 year old female who wants to learn the best exercises and how often to keep me healthy and energetic. I currently walk 3 miles most days and do yoga and a dance class once a week. Thank you!

    I eat all of these everyday. I literally haven’t been sick in YEARS at this point. I’m not saying I’ll never get sick,but diet is EVERYTHING. Thanks for the amazing info as always!!
  • Do we all remember when we did the 30 day shred and ripped in 30 when we were in our 20's and we grew a crush on Jillian for getting us into health and fitness and kicking our butts? Maybe that was just me.

  • I literally eat only 8 foods, and they cover most of these. I narrowed them down to 8 vua the elimination diet and figuring out what worked best for me, met my macro and micro needs and caloric needs.1. Beef, in various forms 2. Greek yogurt and Kefir (very similar) 3.baby spinach RAW, 4. Blueberries, 5. Strawberries 6. Eggs 7 fish. 8. Sweet potatoes. Plus I supplement with Creatine and the occasional Whey protein shake and a good Men's multivitamin....oh, one more thing, this is part of the beef in my diet, beef LIVER. Liver is SO nutrient dense, with macro and micro nutrients, its basically the perfect food

    Lightly Toast sunflower and pumpkin seeds in extra Virgin Olive oil and sea salt in a pan. 😋 SO GOOD.
