We travel with a Microsoft Surface everywhere we go. I edit my videos on it & use it to backup my pictures and vides while we travel. It’s light and the best travel laptop on the market in my opinion.

We use Sony Alpha series cameras to film our videos. They are compact so you don’t look like a super tourist when you take great pictures and videos while you travel.

We use Manfrotto Tripods. They are compact, travel well, and honestly I would not use another tripod for my nice cameras.

Travel Plug that works in pretty much any country & has four USB ports. A must for any traveler.

  • Last year I travelled Poland. Three cities Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw I visited. Peoples there are really beautiful and cordial, helpful. In two cases I was in trouble to buy tram tickets, when I asked help from fellow passengers then they simply bought tickets for me and my wife. When I tried to repay in cash they simply refused to take with smile. I remember their warmth for an unknown tourists like us.
  • I don’t think I’ll ever forget the feeling of coming out of the train station in Monastiraki straight from the airport, and turning around and seeing the acropolis for the first time. Truly amazing (and the food in Athens is super cheap and delicious)

One of the best cheap towns i've been to are Ljubljana ( Slovenia ), Dubrovnik ( Croatia ), Mostar ( Bosnia & Herzegovina ), Kotor ( Montenegro ), Zlatibor ( Serbia ), Ohrid ( Macedonia ), Nasebar ( Bulgaria ) & Krakow ( Poland ). Really cool places to visit if your into history and good food!
  • I'm actually in Krakow right now and part of the reason I decided to come see this city was because of your videos on it. It's absolutely gorgeous and I'm very happy I came! On the off chance you will read this comment, thank you.

I am from Austin, and so watched your video on the city to see if you made credible videos. I have since watched many of your videos to inform my upcoming travels! Your kids are lucky to have a dad that instills an appreciation for new places, people and experiences. I am sure they will grow into great people

Went to Porto and Lisbon last year, both were great but Porto was especially beautiful.
  • Krakow is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Great, friendly people, excellent restaurants, tourist sites, and I can go on and on. Lisbon is beautiful, too, and has a great climate. Good pics, Walter!
  • @Battle5star
What a concept. A city turning its lights out for a few days to save money. You can just imagine the stargazing possibilities.

Dubrovnik is so expensive! I rather would include Sofia, Bucharest, or St.Petersburg.
  • @the_hunter89
Krakow is such a beautiful city, I studied there and lived for 10 years. It's also where I met my husband. Love your channel, greeting from Poland :)
  • I love travelling around Europe. Generally speaking I have found southern and eastern Europe to be more affordable than northern Europe. Loved Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, & Portugal.
  • Dubrovnik prices have more than tripled in the last two years, It's about as expensive as Venice now unfortunately. I bought two noodle boxes and two beers and it cost me 31 euros!
  • @Corneliaa
There is a train that connects Prague, Bratislava and Budapest. It is insanely cheap. For the ride from Budapest to Bratislava we paid 9€ per Person and this was not a slow train, took us only two and a half hours. Worth checking out.

Great vlog Walter ❤️ I’m heading both Krakow and Dubrovnik this year. Can’t wait 😊
  • I'm in Porto again mark and it was watching your videos that made me decide to come here. I love it.
  • My favourites are; Skopje, Prestina, Split, Naples, Palermo, Masala, Amalfi, Barcelona, Bratislava and a little further, Tel Aviv.
  • @maary07
Thessaloniki, Greece should be on your list! Beautiful city, great food, incredible nightlife.. and cheap of course!
