Surely even stay at home mothers/fathers deserve part of the goods to be divided? They were working at home caring for your children and you...that's a huge unpaid job!

Biblically men are supposed to be providers and women are homemakers. However the economy has forced women to go out and help men. So if women are providers and coming back to do house work as well...that takes a tall on a woman😢

The Marriage(Amendment) Bill, 2023 is proposed to usher in a new norm with matters divorce. This bill proposes to bring in Divorce by Mutual Consent. A progressive law that aims to make the process less fault based but more amicable. Interesting times!
