Well damn...D angelo was hood as hell but had a old stool soul. Man was super talented too.
  • Homie came out like a straight nigga and then gave it to us like Prince. No boundaries. Phenomenal.
  • He’s like 20 around here? Are you kidding me? To be so musically mature at that age is just ridiculous..
  • This might be sexiest and most beautiful man in the world. And so damn talented. Wow....
  • Nobody like D'Angelo, man. I wish I was a little bit older to experience the best of the best. Neo soul forever!!!!!
  • Straight out of Richmond, VA. The city was still rough as hell from the heroin and crack epidemic when he came out. Richmond was at an all time low in 94 and crime was so bad that the post office was sanctioned not to deliver mail to certain neighborhoods lol. His album debuting the following year was a fresh sound for the area especially in the clubs. Being from the city folks finally had something to take pride in. Can even tell the year by his outfit, Colorado won the Cotton Bowl that year and the Jordan 11s had just released. 1995 Nostalgia
  • his lyrics were so thought out and beautiful reppin for all the beautiful black queens...
  • D'Angelo is so handsome, immensely talented and gifted. He is one of my all time favorite artists and he is the godfather of neosoul. To think he was only 20 years old with this maturity and musical genius is crazy! This was a great performance. I miss '90s R&B!
  • Love his falsetto and runs killin it💯💪🏾
  • @LouisJr
Those Jordan’s Had Just Came Out lol
  • The way he casually walks around the stage and then proceeds to absolutely slay that highnote at 6.10 is almost insulting.
  • 3:56 when he said “Yeah” after singing so high made me laugh for some reason lol.
