Anyone else notice how after his initial "surprised look" when she referred to him as "the defendant" that he appeared VERY angry? He's groomed this child her intire life and he is realizing now that he has lost his grip on her. It's very disturbing.

Defendants should have to watch remotely in another room while minors or victims are testifying.

In the UK they put a screen between the accused and the witness to protect the witness from this intimidation.

Leaves his 2, 4 year old sons home alone at night and takes his 12 year old daughter to her mother's house to spy on her. Disgusting! Why take her at all?

I thought the screen had a glitch or froze but this FREAK really doesn't blink while he's looking at his daughter on the stand. So proud of her for still holding strong on the stand during this time

This girl seems very tuned in. The fact that she didn't want to use the names her dad used to describe Leo because she didn't want to disrespect his mother is remarkable for such a young person. Also, she sounds very confident in her testimony.

Watching him watch her testify is so bizarre! There are times where the defendant seems as if he is desperately trying to send the witness information telepathically. He is a strange character, indeed.
